Dieting is the most popular word now. Because overweight is a big problem for many people. Overweight may cause many types of major diseases. When overweight is coming another word coming similarly that is dieting. Many people trying to dieting. The problem is they do not know the proper way of dieting. They think only low consumption of food is the way of dieting. It is not true at all. There are many special rules of dieting that you should know before your starting of dieting.   1. Drink more water

You should drink at least 4 litter of water daily. Before your every meal you should drink 2 glasses of water. So that you feel less hungry. Water can help you hydrate your body properly.

  1. 30 minutes’ walk everyday

You should walk 30 minutes every day. Walking can help lose your weight easily and also in a healthy way. Walking also help to reduce risk of many major diseases.

  1. Exercise

You need to do exercise. You can do mild exercise every day in your home. To keeping your body fit you should do it regularly.

  1. Avoid junk food

It is a main cause of overweight. In your proper dieting process there are no place for junk food. It not only increases your weight but also harmful for your body. So you should avoid this.

  1. Avoid sweet and sugar

You should avoid sweet dishes and also raw sugar. If you want to drink you should drink water and green tea. Sugar increase your body fat very fast.

  1. Eat vegetables and fruits

Eat more vegetables and fruits daily. In your food chart you should add more vegetables and fruits instead of rice.
